Apple today confirmed that up to 32 items can be added to the Find My app on iPhone and iPad, up from the previous limit of 16.
Apple announced this information via an informational document that was published today.

You can add up to 32 items/items to Find My. In the Items, you can find your AirTag and third-party accessories that support Find My Network. Additionally, AirPods Max are counted as one additional item, while AirPods and AirPods Pro (1st generation) count as two items, and AirPods Pro (2nd generation) count as three items.
We have confirmed that Apple has increased the item limit since iOS 16 and iPadOS 16. However, the change has not yet been reflected on Apple's website.
Information that can be added to the Find My app includes AirTags, the newest MagSafe wallets, select Beats headphones, third-party accessories with Find My support, and more .

Once this information is added to the app, users will be able to track their location on a map in the “Details” tab on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
