- On the left side of the window, click “Data & personalization .

- Scroll down and click “Download your data” .

- Google Takeout will then display a list of items you can export. Click “deselect all . ”

- Then, scroll down and select the Google Photos checkbox.

- Here, you can also download individual Google Photos albums by clicking the “All photo albums included” button.
- Now, scroll down and click the “ Next Step” button.
- Next, you need to choose from a range of delivery methods, such as receiving an email link or transferring data directly to Dropbox or other cloud storage. You can also decide on the upload frequency, file type, and minimum file size, after which the data will be split into multiple files.

- Once you're done, click the “ Create Export” button. Depending on the volume of data, it may take several hours to days for Google to create the export file.

So, you can download all your images and videos from Google Photos to back them up elsewhere. You can return to the Google takeout page to check the status of the export file.
