One of the most popular apps out there today, Instagram, regularly introduces new features for users . And recently, the platform launched a new feature that allows users to pin their favorite comments on top of their posts.
Previously, the platform had also launched a feature that allowed users to delete multiple comments from their Instagram posts. The comment pinning feature will help the user identify the most relevant or important comment regarding a post of theirs. Users can easily pin their comment by following the steps below:
How to pin comments on the Instagram app
- Open the Instagram app on smartphone .
- Open your profile. Tap on the profile icon available at the bottom right corner of your screen. Open it.
- Select the post to pin your comment to. On your profile page, you can select any post you want to pin a comment to.
- Select the comment you want to pin. Now open the comments section of that post and long-press on the comment you want to pin.
- Pin the selected comment. Tap the pin option and the selected comment will be successfully pinned.
You can of course unpin the Instagram comment if you want to replace it with another one. You just need to long-press the comment and then tap the same pin button to go to the unpin option. After that, tap the “Unpin” button.
