In a blog post published Wednesday afternoon, Twitch said they have prioritized the issues and will begin imposing penalties.

The publication comes several days after announcing that it was investigating accounts involved in sexual harassment and abuse by streamers on its platform.
"We have prioritized the most serious cases, and will begin issuing permanent suspensions, based on the evidence we have collected so far."
Twitch's post may not mention complaints from the various victims who notified it of the offending streamers and received no response, but in recent hours it has banned many famous accounts from the platform.
Streamer JessyQuill compiled a list of all the complaints posted, both named and anonymous, against streamers. She created a Google spreadsheet document that includes both the allegations and the responses.
Many of the users contributed to the list or posted about the "Twitch BlackOut" on Wednesday, aiming to pressure the service and Emmet Shear, CEO, to respond.

The list of recently banned “Twitch Partners” on StreameBans.com contains many names on the list such as “BlessRNG”, “Wolv21”, “WarwitchTV” and “IAmSp00n”.
«We review each case brought to our attention as quickly as possible, while also ensuring proper due diligence as we evaluate these serious allegations. We have prioritized the most serious cases and will begin issuing permanent suspensions based on our findings so far. Inmany cases, the reported incident did not take place on Twitch, so we need more information to draw a conclusion. In some cases, we will need to report the incident to the appropriate authorities, who are responsible for handling it and conducting the appropriate investigation..»
Responses from other streamers and the viewer community pushing for a resolution to the issue suggest that the post is a good start, but there is certainly more to be done.
