- Fixes an issue where voice recordings may not be made after restoring from iCloud Backup
- Addresses an issue where apps may fail to download when restoring from iCloud Backup
- Fixes an issue that may prevent Apple Watch
- Resolves an issue where notifications may not appear on Apple Watch
- Fixes an issue where Bluetooth may disconnect in some vehicles
- Improves connection reliability of Bluetooth
- Improves performance for apps that use Game Center
As for iPad, iPadOS 13.1.3 offers the following:
- Fixes an issue that may prevent a meeting request from opening in Mail
- Fixes an issue where voice recordings may not be made after restoring from iCloud Backup
- Addresses an issue where apps may fail to download when restoring from iCloud Backup
- Improves connection reliability of Bluetooth
