Dropbox has announced the arrival of important services, with the main goal of bringing more advanced security features to Business customers. Specifically, Dropbox, which provides cloud -based file sharing services, has started working with Google Cloud Identity (GCI) and is expanding its network of current partners with Bettercloud, Coronet and Proofpoint.
With the recent collaboration with GCI, Dropbox aims to give business users greater flexibility to work across platforms and devices while remaining secure.
Essentially, it is a completely autonomous service that will include many identity tools, based on a security framework called BeyondCorp, where businesses will be able to manage users, devices, applications, and access.

How will you benefit from the new service?
The new service will give you the ability to manage account access more easily and additionally you will be able to connect to Dropbox using your Gmail username and password. Essentially, in the case that you have a business account, besides better account management, you will be able to grant access to other administrators to create content policies, monitor sharing permissions, and remediate any violations. Apart from that, integration with Proofpoint will allow administrators to identify accounts that contain insecure files.
