NASA has provided easy access to images and videos in its possession, through an easy-to-use database.
You no longer need to search and go through dozens of NASA websites to find and download a photo from NASA. The United States space agency has sorted the best, high-resolution images, videos and audio files from its 60 collections into a new database.
In this database you will not find all the photos and videos taken by either spacecraft or telescopes. You will only find the best multimedia archives ever released to the public, including historic missions, such as the Apollo 11 moon landing.
Of course, even with the database limited to only quality files, the library still has over 140,000 searchable files, which you can sort by update date or popularity.
Some images come with their camera EXIF data, while all video captures come with a subtitle file.
