The Tails Project has just released the third beta of the live OS Tails 3.0, a live operating system that runs on any computer and leaves no trace on the machine or on the internet.
This particular Tails operating system was used by former NSA employee Edward Snowden to stay hidden on the internet.
If you want to help the Tails Project, the first beta for the upcoming version 3.0 has just been released and is available for testing.
What's new?
Tails 3.0 will be the first version of Tails based on Debian 9 (Stretch). This means that all applications will be upgraded to newer versions.
