Sing! Karaoke by Smule: The application that allows singers to create videos and sing karaoke duets with their fans!!! Should Rouvas, Vandi, Remos, Paparizou and Mouzourakis start???
Famous international singer-stars and musicians choose to sing duets with their fans through the Sing! Karaoke by Smule app. Take Charlie Puth , singing the famous song “We don't talk anymore” with a fan!
But also a funnier version of it 🙂
The application, through a particularly smart and easy process, allows singers-celebrities to create their version of a song, publishing it on the internet while they sing it (a capella or with instrumental accompaniment). Then any fan via the internet from all over the world, downloads the application and can participate in the song and create their own version, with their voice in a duet with the artist!!! The official website of the application is here: https://www.smule.com/apps available on both iOs and Android.
Smule Sing! karaoke is one of the most successful stories in the world of digital music, which has succeeded in creating duets, maximizing engagement between fans and famous artists around the world in the easiest way. As reported by the Smule company
“We created a new interactive way where artists can interact with their fans and allow them to participate”
The platform/social network that has been created since 2012, has over 25,000,000 registered fans who sing daily while 10,000,000 songs are already on the digital platform! The creators state that “we are building a network around music and performance while we continue to see exceptional voices emerging every day”. It is worth mentioning at this point that the Sing! Karaoke application can also be used between friends, so that they can sing their favorite songs while its use is free for artists.
In Greece, we found that Greek artists are unaware of the use of this particular platform or perhaps "snob" its use.
After the first release of the application in Greece, we estimate that fans will be particularly happy if Greek artists start using the application, integrating it into the process of promoting and interacting with their work. After all, interaction with fans is currently the most sought-after thing worldwide for promoting an artist's profile when using social media!
