The Huawei Mate 9 is one of the most powerful phablets on the market, with several advanced features and an impressive design. The Mate 9 impresses with a 5.9-inch full HD display and a dual-camera Leica setup on the back.
Huawei recently released an image taken with the Mate 9/Mate 9 Pro camera, according to GizmoChina. The smartphone was used to capture a photo of seven cities around the world on New Year's Eve. These include Paris, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and London.
The image shows the glow of cities on New Year's Eve, but does not include fireworks or any visual effects in the sky.

Huawei announced the Mate 9 in December last year, and the phone is already available from Amazon in the US. The smartphone will then be officially launched in the US on January 6. The device costs $799 with 64GB of storage and $899 for the 128GB model.
The Huawei Mate 9 comes with an impressive dual-camera setup on the back that features Leica lenses: a 20MP monochrome lens and a 12MP color sensor. It also features multiple camera features, including 2x zoom, Laser Focus, OIS, and dual LED flash
The front camera is 8MP with an aperture of f/1.9. The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat with the company's EMUI 5.0. Its display is 5.9 inches Super AMOLED with 1080p resolution and a fingerprint sensor on the back. Its processor is Kirin 955, it has 4GB of RAM and a battery of 4,000mAh.
