Meet Kissenger, the robotic device for mobile phones that allows you to kiss your loved one from afar.

Its name may remind you of the American Secretary of State Henry Kissinger who, instead of kisses, sent bombs to millions of people from miles away, but it has nothing to do with that. Its name is a combination of the words kiss and messenger in English. The device Kissenger is a little bigger than a protective case and has a piece of silicone at the bottom. Under this piece are high-precision force sensors that read the movements of the user's lips and send them to the interlocutor's device, which in turn reproduces them.
The creator of this imaginative device is Emma Yann Zhang, who recently presented it at the “Love and sex with robots” conference.
The Kissenger is part of Zhang's PhD and she plans to continue her research in the labs of City University of London. Consumers will probably see this specific product in stores very soon.
