Most fans of the distribution are interested in Fedora updates. Each new release brings improvements and the latest free software updates. 
The Fedora community provides a new version twice a year, and many people upgrade to take advantage of the improvements and innovations.
For the record, although version 24 was released about a month ago, today it updates the Kernel to version 4.6.4 from the version 4.6.3 it was using.
It's one of the reasons I use Fedora and wouldn't change it for anything. (The second operating system in the dual boot of the main computer I use is the rolling distribution of Manjaro because I don't have the time that Arch needs).
