Google co-founder Sergey Brin may be in charge of the company's X research division, but that hasn't stopped CEO Larry Page from dreaming up and pitching his own ideas. According to a report by The Information , Page has expressed interest in building a more efficient airport as well as a model city.

The article’s author, Amir Efrati, reports that Page called on all the company’s top brass to envision what “Google 2.0” would look like and set new goals for the business. This included ideas from the company’s labs, around subscription products, kid-friendly services, and more. Page is also reportedly planning a new R&D department, similar to Google X, that he will oversee.
Big plans and big ideas for a future that now seems to be determined by big tech companies. The search firm is already known for its research concerns as well as its acquisition of robotics companies.
No one really knows what's being planned in the Project X labs, except for what the company lets us see.
However, the proposal for a model city and a new revolutionary airport seems less scary than the robots of Boston Dynamics, which was acquired by Google this year.
