Eminem won the title of Artist of the Year at the 2013 YouTube Music Awards , which comes as no surprise.
The other winners of the night were Girls Generation, who won Video of the Year for “I Got A Boy,” DeStorm, who won the award for Innovation of the Year for “See Me Standing,” and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, who won the award for Breakthrough of the Year.
The award for YouTube phenomenon went to “I Knew You Were Trouble,” while Lindsey Stirling and Pentatonix won Comment of the Year for “Radioactive.”
