Nintendo has just announced that its Club Nintendo has been hacked by an unknown group and that everyone with accounts should immediately change their passwords.
Kotaku statement from the company's Japanese website that explains some details about the incident.
Nintendo reports that from June 9th to July 4th, 23,000 unauthorized log-in attempts have been counted.
Club Nintendo does not store its users' credit card details, which means no sensitive data has been leaked, but attackers could have accessed names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers from most users.
