Westboro Baptist Church can add another group to its “hate” lists: hackers.
The Christian fundamentalist group, notorious for its protests with messages like “God Hates Fags,” launched a new website on Monday, GodHatesOklahoma.com, almost immediately after a devastating tornado hit the town of Moore, Oklahoma, killing 24 people.
The website didn't last long. Whatever content was originally posted—presumably something arrogant about America's way of life and its sins being punished—was hacked and replaced with a photo of Jesus Christ giving the middle finger, along with the message:
”Westboro Baptist Church — Even Jesus Hates You.”
“Westboro Faptist Church – Even Jesus Hates You.” (Faptist comes from the word “FAP,” which is Internet slang for “masturbate”).
The website was unavailable at the time of writing, but according to reports, there was another message below the image that stated: “On the 8th day, God created hackers, and saw that it was good.” From the Gospel According to @ th3j35t3r Transfer in 5 seconds …….” Indeed, after 5 seconds, visitors were redirected to a Red Cross website that is being used for donations that will be received by hurricane victims, as reported by Mashable.
