Facebook is stepping up its efforts in the fight against Ebola , as with a simple "click" its users will be able to make donations to the effort to combat the virus.
As announced by the company, this specific application will be launched next week, with proceeds going to the coffers of three non-profit organizations fighting the disease.
In fact, in addition to the application, Facebook Inc. announced the donation and installation of 100 satellite control systems in order to improve internet and telephone connections in the affected areas of West Africa, which have reported approximately 5,000 deaths from the virus.
It is recalled that about a month ago, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerbergannounced the donation of $25 million to the fight against Ebola, together with his wife, Priscilla Chan.
