Anonymous is planning a celebratory unveiling of new Ku Klux Klan (KKK) members on the one-year anniversary of the Ferguson protests that followed the court ruling in the Michael Brown case on November 24, 2014.
According to the Twitter account created specifically for the KKK, the group of hackers has been busy working all year round and managed to gain access to a new KKK Twitter account from which data for approximately 1,000 members of the group was extracted.
“Ku Klux Klan, we have never stopped watching you,” the group says in a recent statement posted on Pastebin. “After closely monitoring you for so long, we feel confident that implementing transparency into your organizational cells is the right and simply the only appropriate course of action. You are abhorrent. Criminal. You are more than extremists. You are more than a hate group. You can operate much more like terrorists and you should be recognized as such.”

This is not the first time Anonymous has taken up arms against the KKK, as just a week ago, one of its members defended a woman who was being harassed on Twitter by users affiliated with the KKK.
Anonymous KluxKlan (TAKKKK), was issuing threats of deadly violence against protesters.
The group hacked their Twitter account and then exposed some of the real identities of their members. Some of these people were members of the Ferguson Police Department.
