Krita , an application used to build digital painting files from scratch, has been upgraded to version 2.9 Beta 2, enriched with a series of improvements and various fixes .
Professional applications used for design are usually not free but here we are talking about Linux and things are different. This is a really great application that comes at zero cost and has a lot of features. Even if you can't find some features from the start, you can submit a fix and its developers will implement it.
As the developers wrote on their website, Beta 2 focused heavily on fixing various bugs. Some of the most notable changes include the ability to adjust the background, improving PDF export , removing the brush option, upgrading gmic to version 1.6.0.3, and a number of fixes.
