As with many other major Silicon Valley, Apple is known for the good food it offers its employees.
In addition to the main cafeteria that is open to the public, Apple has a number of smaller cafeterias, just for its staff.
In June, this beautiful coffee shop called Caffe Macs opened and was designed by Foster + Partners, the architectural firm that is preparing Apple's upcoming "space" headquarters.
The new building is located at the corner of Bandley and Alves Drive in Cupertino. It's gorgeous, with lots of steel and glass details, reminiscent of an Apple store, and is strictly for employees only.
The building is 7,000 square meters and has huge windows.
The new Caffe Macs is so technologically advancedthat an employee can prepare coffee with just a few taps on an iPad. (Watch the video from Instagram by clicking here)
The dining areas are indoor and outdoor and of course the food is of excellent quality.
The building also has conference rooms and a large lounge. Its sleek, modern design is a good indication of what Apple's new home will be like.
