Internet Explorer: Negative vulnerability record in the first half of 2014!

tromaktiko14784Microsoft's Internet Explorer suffered a record number of security vulnerabilities in the first half of 2014, according to data from the US National Vulnerability Database (NVD), with its vulnerabilities reaching 133 for the first six months of 2014 compared to a total of 130 for 2013.

Chrome and Firefox followed the opposite course, each showing 50 vulnerabilities for the same period, while they had 200 and 150 respectively in 2013, showing a significant improvement compared to Internet Explorer, which, from being in a much better state compared to its competitors, seems to be becoming increasingly vulnerable to vulnerabilities in its software.
