The free Mobile Security & Antivirus app for Android has just received a major update that brings some minor improvements and tweaks.
First, some local customizations have been added, along with the option to more easily opt-out of the SecureLine dialog from the "unsecure Wi-Fi promo dialog.".
According to Avast, various bug fixes and minor design improvements have also been included in the new program. The SMS blocker is now disabled on devices running Android 4.4.x KitKat. Finally, the Anti-Theft removal guide has been moved to the Anti-Theft menu.
You can now download Mobile Security & Antivirus for Android 3.0.7118 for free from the Google Play Store. Please note that the app should be fully compatible with most devices running Android 2.1 and above.
