The first update for the stable version of Linux kernel 3.13 has been announced by Greg Kroah-Hartman, starting the maintenance cycle.
The latest kernel version has received its first update, but it is small with only a few changes and fixes. This is normal for a new kernel, in order to speed up the pace of subsequent releases.
All users who have version 3.13 should upgrade to the latest version 3.13.1.
You can download Linux kernel 3.13.1 from Softpedia.
