All those who conduct banking transactions via the internet are urged to be particularly careful, as a new virus from Russian hackers is invulnerable to common antivirus programs and is "emptying" bank accounts.
The cyber virus, called "Neverquest Trojan", has already targeted 28 websites in European countries and, according to Kaspersky Lab, is particularly dangerous, Espresso reports.
The Trojan is activated when the user who has entered the "infected" website starts operating and as soon as he "clicks" on one of the trapped websites, his account is "emptied".
The best way to protect yourself is to be especially careful of websites that may seem suspicious, and to constantly update Firefox and Internet Explorer.
