It's been almost half a year since paid channels first appeared on YouTube. Without having been officially informed about their progress, it seems that users have finally responded, as YouTube has decided to expand their availability.
Starting today, channels located in countries including Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and with more than 10,000 subscribers, will be able to apply to participate in the paid channels program. Other requirements include using a valid AdSense account, as well as being in good standing .
