A new digital tool has been created recently, called Loomio. It is a tool that can be easily utilized by individuals, social groups, organizations, etc. and is used wherever there is a need to make collective decisions, which arise after consultation.
We Pirates look forward to the immediate implementation of Loomio, because it is a tool that covers a very large percentage of our "wants." Some of the features it provides us are:
- discussion-consultation,
- creation of a proposal by each person,
- the vote is counted on those who voted,
- At the same time, the percentage of all members' proposals is displayed, thus knowing what percentage they have voted, with a defined closing date and time, and more,
- It is open source software, meaning it is not subject to copyright issues that have plagued the planet for decades.

A few words about the history of Loomio:
Loomio emerged when activists from the Occupy Movement clashed with entrepreneurs from the social web enterprise Enspiral, realizing they were using different approaches to work towards the same goal.
Loomio was built by a core group of active citizens in Wellington, New Zealand, and a wider network of friends and supporters around the world. In the video below, a short introduction is given by one of the creative team members, giving many clear explanations about the project:
