Google partners with leading Indian healthcare providers for improved access to information

At Google’s annual India conference, a major announcement was made – YouTube now has the ability to search for specific words or phrases within videos using artificial intelligence (AI). When this button is located below long video searches, clicking on it will give users access to all those topics that appear in the video. This incredible technology streamlines navigation through long content and eliminates hours spent browsing and scrolling. Now everyone can quickly find what they are looking for with just one click!

Google has now enabled automatic subtitles for YouTube healthcare videos in India in multiple languages, thanks to its exciting new feature! In partnership with leading Indian healthcare providers, Google is using AI/ML technology to rapidly translate and transcribe these medical clips with just a click. Healthcare professionals can then review the final product without any further effort on their part – making it easier for those speaking different dialects!

Google is also working closely with Apollo Hospitals to test a new feature that provides a single video with multiple audio tracks in different languages. This will allow viewers to switch between languages with the click of a button.

Courses for YouTube: a new monetization option for creators

To enhance the learning journey of its users, Google has announced a revolutionary new program called Courses for YouTube. Based on their findings that YouTube is already the world’s leading platform for learning and skill-building videos, this new initiative will give content creators even more opportunities to offer their audiences a curated learning experience. Starting next year, a select group of eligible creators will have the opportunity to use Google’s latest program. This is the first time that creators on YouTube can promote their courses directly to their viewers! In addition to selling these sought-after courses, they will also be able to provide complementary materials, such as documents, images, PDFs, and more.

When viewers purchase lessons offered through the platform, creators will earn 55% of the revenue, while YouTube will earn 45%. Additionally, no ads will appear on videos that have been paid for by the same viewers.

The Courses service for YouTube will debut in beta in the first half of 2023, starting in India.
