Sleep Tracking is available on all Apple Watch Series 3 and later. It's a feature that tracks your sleep habits while you're wearing your watch. However, you need to set it up properly if you want to use it.

The easiest way to do this is through iPhone . First, make sure your iPhone is running iOS 14 or later and your Apple Watch is running watchOS 7 or later.
To get started, open the “Health” app on your iPhone.
Next, tap the “Browse” tab and then tap “Sleep.”
Now you can schedule your sleep routine. Having a set schedule helps your Apple Watch start tracking your sleep activity. It also sets an automatic alarm to wake you up in the morning.
Click “Full Schedule & Options”.
In the “Full Schedule” section, click “Set Your First Schedule”.
Choose which days of the week you want to use this schedule, and then set the “sleep” and “wake” times.
If you want to set your alarm, you can do so at the bottom. When you're done, tap “Add” at the top right.
You can set as many schedules as you want for your Apple Watch. Simply select “Add Schedule for Other Days.”
When you're done customizing your schedules, scroll down and set the "Sleep Goal," "Wind Down," and "Wind Down Shortcuts." To continue, tap "Options."
Then, you can enable the settings you want in the “Sleep Mode” menu. You may want to enable the “Turn On Automatically” and “Track Time in Bedwith iPhone” options.
Once you do this,Do Not Disturbwill automatically turn on whenever your iPhone is in sleep mode. This will silence all incoming notifications while you sleep.
Finally, scroll down and tap “Manage Sleep in the Apple Watch App.” When you wake up, you can check the average amount of time you slept or were in bed in the “Health” app on iPhone .
