Apple users were experiencing problems yesterday, as services connected to iCloud were not working. In fact, users were unable to log into accounts , iCloud and other services including Photos, Mail, Backup, Find My Friends, Contacts and Calendars. At the same time, Apple Stores were unable to process any transactions.
Gradually, services returned to normal operation except for Calendars, Contacts and Reminders.

Naturally, users were very unhappy and made it known through their posts on Twitter. The company informed about the status of the services, so that users were aware of a general problem. The announcement that was published, on all the services that were not working, was the following:
“Users may be experiencing a problem with this service.”
Because the damage was so extensive, users in their attempt to fix their devices turned to physical Apple stores for help. There, store employees informed them that not only were the devices unserviceable, but the outage appeared to be global.

Apple Pay also experienced an outage on some devices, with some users unable to make purchases or process their Apple Pay cards.
Also, dissatisfaction was caused by the inability to operate the services With Find My Friends and Find My Phone. These are services that help users locate friends and family members.
It's worth noting that this is the second outage of Apple services in a year. Coincidentally, it happened a day after Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Instagram , and WhatsApp.
