The Berlin-based company Mitte has created a new water purification system that offers many advantages over water supply options.
Mitte is capable of distillation and purification, and its developers say it delivers water that is 60 times purer than that of a jug.
With Mitte you can replace bottled water, creating personalized refreshing drinks with added minerals.
Mitte is now available to back via Kickstarter from €199 with its release expected to take place in April 2018. The development team behind the Mitte water purification system explains more about its inspiration and design.
Mitte is the first of its kind smart home water purifier that purifies and fortifies water through a process inspired by the natural water cycle. It works in two simple steps: First, it purifies water to an unprecedented level with a proprietary distillation method. Then, Mitte makes water not only clean, but healthy by fortifying it with essential minerals.
