The Tails Project has just released the new live OS Tails 2.7.1, a live operating system that runs on any computer and leaves no trace on the machine or on the internet.
This particular Tails operating system was used by former NSA employee Edward Snowden to stay hidden on the internet.
The new release incorporates several important new features and changes, among which we can mention the upgrade to Tor Browser 6.0.7.
The new version also contains many other small, but useful improvements, such as firewall and kernel hardening, and support for languages other than English.
More on the official changelog of the new release.
