GoPro cameras are small, but they're built for hard work. They're used by filmmakers, action sports enthusiasts, mounted on drones, helmets, and surfboards. But who put one on car tires? That's new to us.
Ryan Fox, a Vimeo user from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, taped his GoPro camera to the wheel of his car before heading out on a late-night drive. The camera sits in the center of the wheel, transforming the image into a kaleidoscope of bright colors and neon lights.
The idea is very simple but produces such a fascinating effect that you'll wonder why no one thought of it before.
A word of warning, though:
The short video below contains a lot of flashing lights, and the camera perspective will probably make you feel a little dizzy towards the end.
