Aero-Gear makes durable sapphire crystal displays for smartphones, and it decided it was time to show off.
Although Apple is working with GT Technology, and to put it better, bought the company to obtain sapphire screens to use in the upcoming iPhone 6, Aero-Gear performed a durability demonstration of the crystal.
In the one-minute clip below, uploaded to YouTube, the company took an iPhone 5, installed a sapphire screen, and began rubbing a huge brick on it, to prove that the smartphone would remain unscathed.
The video has some unclear points that raise question marks, but we see no reason that might have led them to upload a fake video.
