GLOBO represents our country at the European Business Awards 2013/14 in the "International Growth Strategy" category
GLOBO , (LSE-AIM:GBO) , a global leader in Enterprise Mobility Management and business software technology, has been selected as one of the 10 finalists for the Ruban d'Honneur in the " International Growth Strategy " category of the 2013/14 European Business Awards . This distinction places GLOBO among the strong, innovative and leading technology companies on a pan-European level.
The European Business Awards is an independent institution that recognizes and promotes excellence, best practices and innovation in the European business community.
Kostis Papadimitrakopoulos, Founder and CEO of GLOBO, stated: "It is a special honor for GLOBO to be recognized among the 10 Ruban d'Honneur in the International Development Strategy category, as it ranks us among the 100 most dynamic companies across Europe, regardless of size or sector. This distinction makes us particularly proud, as an extroverted Greek company is recognized pan-European for its business innovation and development in the enterprise mobility services sector, one of the most technologically advanced sectors."
The 100 most dynamic companies that qualified were selected from 375 National Champions, by a distinguished panel of judges, consisting of European business leaders, academics and political leaders. The finalists claim first place for the category in which they compete, based on their business achievements, dynamism and ethical standards.
In the semi-final phase, which GLOBO has qualified for, along with nine other companies in its category, it will be evaluated again in the third and final stage of the competition, where the winners will be announced at a special ceremony in May 2014, in Athens.
