The General Secretariat of Public Revenue announced on Tuesday that, following the relevant announcement of 14/06/2013 and in accordance with the plan announced at that time, an electronic application has already been put into operation for the current programs for settling overdue debts to the State.
Interested parties can visit the GSPS website , selecting the relevant application ("regulation requests") from the "services to citizens or businesses".
on the website of the General Secretariat of Public Revenue as well as on the website of the General Secretariat of Public Revenue :
a) Decision POL 1112/2013 of the Secretary General of Public Revenue "Terms, conditions and special issues for the implementation of the regulation of overdue debts of subparagraph A2 of paragraph A of article one of Law 4152/2013" for debts confirmed and overdue by the date of the application for inclusion in monthly installments (up to 24) under certain conditions.
b) Auxiliary table of debts subject to settlement, supporting documents to be provided and other terms and conditions, depending on the amount of the debt being settled.
It is noted that a detailed interpretative circular for the above regulation will be posted in the coming days.
It is noted that:
– the application for inclusion in an installment plan is submitted to the competent service (Tax Office, Customs or the Operational Collection Unit) from July 1.
– from July 25, the relevant application for inclusion in an installment plan (Fixed Settlement) of debts certified to the Public Financial Services will be submitted exclusively electronically, through a special online application, for better and faster service to interested parties (natural and legal persons), without their presence at the Tax Office.
