A new Facebook app released by Amnesty International called Trial By Timeline lets you see what crimes you've committed with your Facebook posts without even knowing it.
The app, created by the non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human rights, seeks to make it known that some of the freedoms we take for granted are actually crimes in other parts of our planet, Digital Trends reports.
The Trial By Timeline analyzes everything you've ever posted on the social network and uses it against you. It will allow you to see what penalties you could have received if you had posted them from a different country.
Obviously, exercising the right to freedom of expression continues to be a crime somewhere.
The app will let you know how many times you would have been punished with beatings, torture, beheadings, imprisonment, or even death for your crimes.
Although the application may seem a bit annoying, the idea of Amnesty International will help a lot in awakening and mobilizing all kinds of fans of the largest social network who remain uninvolved in the face of all kinds of human rights violations.
