Now that the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has made its appearance in many countries around the world, Samsung is focusing its attention on its mid-range lineup. The company is expected to unveil the next smartphone in its C-series soon, the Galaxy C9.
The Samsung Galaxy C9 has appeared on the website Zauba, which means that the company may soon launch the smartphone in the market, according to SamMobile. Usually, Zauba listings do not reveal the specifications of the listed smartphones, but this time it has given us a first clue about the screen size of the smartphone.
The Galaxy C9 will come with a 5.7-inch display. This will be a larger display than all the other smartphones in the series, such as the Galaxy C5. The Galaxy C5 has a 5.2-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display.
The Galaxy C5 also came with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 617 processor with Quick Charge 3.0 and Adreno 405 graphics. It also had 4G LTE, 4GB of RAM and a 2,600mAh battery.
While there isn't much information available – at least not yet – we do know that the Galaxy C9 will carry the model number SM-C9000 and will be codenamed "Amy."
