CyberTab: Free tool that helps organizations calculate the cost of cyberattacks

CyberTab-Free-Tool-That-Helps-Organizations-Calculate-Cost-of-Cyberattacks

If your company has been the target of a cyberattack, or if you fear that one could happen soon, it would be very useful to understand and estimate the damages and costs. CyberTab is a free tool that does just that.

Released by the Economist Intelligence Unit and funded by Booz Allen Hamilton, CyberTab is an easy-to-use tool that can estimate the economic impact of a cyberattack.

Users need to define their industry, revenue, number of employees, number of customers, type of attack, details on how it was detected, costs associated with the attack and receive a detailed report explaining the overall cost. This allows for a cost-benefit analysis of security strategies.

CyberTab can be useful for information security, hazards, financial and other forms of risk for senior executives.

CyberTab does not collect data without permission and does not request any information that could identify users.

CyberTab available on the Booz Allen Hamilton website.
