The S660, S850 and S860 were presented in Barcelona
A few days ago, Lenovo announced three brand new S-series phones at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The Chinese PC giant's strong push into the smartphone space is marked by the Lenovo S660, S850 and S860 models. All three devices are dual-SIM and run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The Lenovo S660 features a 4.7-inch IPS qHD display (540×960 pixels). It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor. It has an 8MP camera and 8GB of storage, which is expandable via a MicroSD card.
The Lenovo S850 features a 5-inch display (720×1280 pixels) and a glass chassis. The quad-core processor is clocked at 1.3GHz, while the RAM here is 1GB. The highlight of the device is the camera with a 13 megapixel sensor, while the front camera is also large at 5MP. The device will be released in white and pink.
Finally, the Lenovo S860 offers a 5.3-inch display (720×1280 pixels) and two external stereo speakers. Its camera is 8MP. It has the same processor as the S850, only here the RAM increases to 2GB. The device's strong point is the huge 4,000mAh battery, which allows users to charge other devices on the go, using a microUSB cable! The S860 has 16GB of storage, while it was not clarified whether this is expandable via MicroSD.
