This year, YouTube is focusing more than ever on strengthening the community and promoting interaction between creators and fans.

In March, it introduced the ability for creators to share exclusive Shorts with their subscribers, while in September it added a dedicated space on creators' pages for conversations with their audience.

Now, it's testing a new feature that allows creators to respond to comments via audio messages.
Creators participating in the test see a sound wave icon when replying to comments, while audio replies appear normally in the comments column, accompanied by a transcript button so they can be read.
For now, the feature is only available to a few creators in the United States through the iOS app and only for their own channels.

Although this idea is original, it may not be particularly practical, as reading comments remains the fastest option.
