Reports on social media and the Down Detector website showed that messages were either not being sent or were taking a long time to be delivered. Initially, Apple's System Status page did not report any issues, which further confused users.

However, Apple later confirmed the outage, saying that service had been restored. According to Apple, the outage lasted about 45 minutes, from 2:49 p.m. to 3:35 p.m. The outage not only affected iMessage, but also other Apple, such as FaceTime, HomeKit , and Apple Messages for Business.

Although service was restored relatively quickly, the incident is a reminder of how dependent users are on digital services. Many are expressing concerns about the reliability of these services, especially when it comes to everyday communication and business transactions.

Apple has not yet provided detailed information about the causes of the iMessage outage, but users are hoping that the company will take the necessary measures to prevent similar problems in the future.
