Η Amazon is preparing to release a new subscription model for the service of Alexa, according to reports from Business Insider.
The company has incorporated genetic artificial intelligence to your Alexa assistant, offering more natural and personalised conversations.

The development is accompanied by the design of a new language model that adds human characteristics to Alexa's voice. Despite the increase in operating costs, the company is considering charging a fee for using the service. At CES 2024, it announced additional AI capabilities for Alexa. About 15,000 users are testing the new Technology voice, but external tests revealed inaccuracies in the information provided by the assistant. Despite plans, it remains uncertain whether these changes will ever be implemented.
All we know is that Amazon has charged in previous cases for Functions which used to be free.
Some time ago, the subscribers of Prime Video were stunned as the company announced that ads would be introduced to the platform.
This meant that users would have to pay a subscription fee to enjoy an ad-free experience, which was common on streaming sites trying to lure viewers away from traditional TV.
