The platform for online applications for participation in the COSMOTE Scholarship Program for the academic year 2022-2023 for first-year students of Greek universities facing financial and social difficulties has been opened. There are 30 scholarships whose value ranges from €15,000 – €25,000. Interested parties can find information and register for participation, until October 7, 2022 at www.cosmote-scholarships.gr.

The COSMOTE scholarship institution, which is celebrating its 21st anniversary this year, has supported 754 students throughout Greece with over 7 million euros to pursue their studies and make their dreams come true. COSMOTE, through a specific strategy and sustainable development actions, such as the scholarship program that creates conditions for equal opportunities in education, ensures that its social and environmental footprint is constantly improved.

The COSMOTE Scholarship Program for 2022-2023 includes 30 scholarships: 29 for specific faculties of Higher Education Institutions and the "Zacharias Piperides" scholarshipfor first-year students in the departments of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering of Polytechnic Schools in Greece, in memory of the distinguished executive of the OTE Group.
The scholarship amount for four-year schools is € 15,000¹ , while for five-year schools it increases to €18,750. For the Zacharias Piperides scholarship, the amount is €25,000. In addition, for daily needs during their studies, COSMOTE offers all scholarship holders a laptop and a full package of telecommunications services including fixed and mobile telephony, Internet for the entire duration of their studies, as well as COSMOTE TV.
