The highest-paid “female YouTuber” of 2021 was a 7-year-old

The seven-year-old YouTuber Anastasia Radzinskaya, or “Nastya” to viewers, collected $28 million last year for creating various videos for YouTube.

When Radzinskaya was born with cerebral palsy, doctors feared she would never be able to speak. To document her development, her parents shared videos on YouTube for friends and relatives. Of course, the little one managed to win the hearts of followers worldwide.

One year later (2019) from the creation of the channel (2018), “Nastya” had 107 million subscribers across seven channels and made its debut in third place in the Forbes ranking with top earnings YouTube Stars 2019, which includes pre‑tax revenue collected from advertisements, sponsorship content, merchandise sales, tours, etc.

The seven-year-old has now consistently held Forbes ratings, fell to number 7 in 2020 and then this year rose one spot to the sixth position. As reported by the business magazine, Nastya sold last year the rights to her old YouTube videos to Spotter for cash (while retaining rights for new content). She also introduced a line of merchandise and an NFT collection.

Not only is Radzinskaya the highest-paid female YouTuber on this year's list, but she's also the only female YouTuber on this year's list. Rounding out Forbes' list of highest-paid creators for 2021 are MrBeast ($54 million), Jake Paul ($45 million), Markiplier ($38 million), Rhett and Link ($30 million), Unspeakable ($28.5 million), Ryan Kaji ($27 million), Dude Perfect ($20 million), Logan Paul ($18 million), and Preston Arsement ($16 million).
