LG has finally announced its first UltraGear gaming laptop . UltraGear is LG 's gaming brand and has mostly focused on monitors. However, now the company is bringing a high-end gaming laptop . The model number of this new laptop is 17G90Q .

LG wants to make an impressive entry into the market with the UltraGear 17G90Q, and for this reason it offers the laptop with powerful features that will allow for high-quality gameplay. The laptop comes with an 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake H processor, dual-channel memory, and an extremely fast dual SSD setup . It also includes an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q graphics card . All of this indicates that there will be enough power for gamers to play well, even the latest games. In addition, LG's gaming laptop comes with 32 GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 1 TB of storage , with two M.2 slots that allow you to expand later.

As the model number suggests, the UltraGear gaming laptop features a 17-inch display, Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) and a refresh rate of 300 Hz for an extremely smooth gaming experience. In addition, an interesting feature is the presence of a Full HD webcam above the screen, with support for Windows Hello facial recognition. This is not something you find on many gaming laptops.

LG is pitching the UltraGear 17G90Q as a lightweight gaming laptop, weighing in at less than 3kg (about 2.7lbs). That may not sound like much, but we should keep in mind that this is a pretty powerful 17-inch gaming laptop. So it will be one of the lightest devices in its class.

Finally, there is customizable lighting on the UltraGear 17G90Q laptop's keyboard. Each key can have a different color. This, along with other gaming features, such as the ability to view CPU and GPU clocks, etc., is controlled by the UltraGear Studio application that comes with the laptop.
LG hasn't announced the price of the UltraGear 17G90Q, but we do know that the laptop will debut in South Korea and the US in early 2022. The laptop will be released in other countries later.
