The hacker known as Guccifer, who rose to fame after hacking into the personal online accounts of several celebrities and politicians, has struck again.
This time, he has leaked what he claims are the complete archives of “Journolist” [also known as J-list], a former private Google forum that was used by journalists, academics, leftists, etc. for private political discussions and to “hang” politicians a few years ago, before the forum became public.
Guccifer sent the information to Gawker , which in turn published it on Google Drive.
It's hard to say whether this information is legitimate, but if it is, some might consider it at least valuable. After the scandal broke a few years ago, Andrew Breitbart offered an impressive sum of money to anyone who would give him the full files.
