As we mentioned in our previous article, Samsung was preparing to launch its own Samsung Stores where consumers could see their plastic slippers up close, ermmmm sorry, I meant their Galaxy devices, and thus have a first-hand experience with the company's products.
Also, since originality is not in Samsung's vocabulary, these stores are simply clones of Apple's Apple Stores. Their exact name is “Samsung Experience Shops,” and in addition to access to the company's products, consumers will also have direct service from “Samsung Experience Consultants” who, as other Apple Geniuses, will answer and solve various problems of users.
Samsung will open 1,400 such stores in America, with the first one already in operation inside the Best Buy in New York Square venue, which opened with a reception yesterday worthy of Samsung's recent extravagant event for the Galaxy S4.
For our part, we would say that a few celebrity cocktail parties are not enough to convince people that the “Samsung Experience Shops” will be able to offer the same experience as Apple's Apple Stores.
