We had informed you about the very bad turn things have taken in China for Apple here, with the communist movement that rules the country having started a war with Apple.
Today, Tim Cook, in an attempt to calm spirits and prove that Apple is not arrogant and unfair to Chinese consumers, issued an apology letter on Apple's main page in China written in the country's language.

“We are aware of the communication issues that have led many of you to believe that Apple has an arrogant attitude towards you and that we do not care about your needs. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding that has arisen as a result of this incident.”
"We are aware that a lack of communications...led to the perception Apple's attitude was arrogant and that we do not care and attach importance to consumer feedback. We express our sincere apologies for any concerns or misunderstandings this gave consumers."
Tim Cook also said, among other things, that Apple has changed its warranty policy so that repaired iPhone 4s and 4Ss will be eligible for an additional year of warranty from the date of repair, and that Apple Stores will replace defective iPhones with newer models upon return.
