Why buy an iPhone 5 instead of a Samsung Galaxy SIII? Because the iPhone 5 is 300% more reliable and has a much lower chance of breaking than a Samsung phone.
A new study conducted by troubleshooting professionals FixYa has revealed that Apple is the most trusted mobile device manufacturer with a score of 3.47 out of 4, while Samsung had a score of just 1.27. FixYa came up with the results after examining 722,558 problem reports.
But it's getting worse. Below Samsung is Nokia with a score of just 0.68, while Motorola only got 0.13.
Not that FixYa users found the iPhone 5 perfect, however, they complained about battery life, lack of new features, and lack of customization. On the other hand, Samsung phones were widely criticized for microphone and speaker issues, while Nokia users complained about lag and a lack of apps. And finally, Motorola users complained that the devices come with pre-installed bloatware that cannot be removed.
Did you notice anything in the user complaints? The things FixYa mentioned as problems have nothing to do with its reliability. That alone shows how good the iPhone is.
