Portrait of Steve Jobs dressed as a Russian General

general jobs

Tell me a better way to scare visitors to your house than a portrait of Steve Jobs dressed as a Russian General? There isn't one. Except maybe a flamethrower or a wild pet like a crocodile. But I don't think you have either of those.

Replaceface is now selling prints, portraits, cards, cases, and even pillows featuring Steve Job as a Russian General, so you can have General Steve everywhere.

Did Steve Jobs pose for the portrait? No, but that doesn't make him any less of a badass. Back in the Napoleonic Wars, an English painter named George Dawe managed to paint 329 portraits of Russian Generals who were active during Boney's invasion of their country.

There's a Tumblr blog called Replacefacethat's dedicated to taking Dawe's portraits, removing the original faces, and adding freshly painted-on famous faces. In addition to Steve Jobs, other famous people you'll find in the Russian General's portrait include George Lucas, Sylvester Stallone, Leonardo DiCaprio, and many others, and as you can see, their names have been slightly changed.

However, if you are interested in the portrait of Steve Jobs, you can order an iPhone case from here, for $35, while the entire 13′ x 15′ portrait can be ordered from here, and costs $85.
